Entlaq has been named delivery partner on a national entrepreneurship initiative coordinated across multiple ministries and public-private partners. The mandate spans program design, founder readiness, and regulatory pathway support, with a multi-year delivery horizon.
Under the mandate Entlaq will operate cohort-based founder programs, deliver sector-specific licensing pathways for early-stage ventures, and produce annual sector outlooks aligned to the initiative’s priority verticals.
Delivery will be senior-led across the firm’s Public Policy & Research, Programs, and Government Affairs practices, with cohort intake beginning in Q3 2025.
