Entlaq was founded in 2023 with a simple thesis: the gap in MENA isn't ideas, it's operators. People who can sit with a regulator, design a program with a foundation, and coach a founder through diligence — in the same week.
So we built the firm around five practices that actually move: Public Policy & Research, Strategy Advisory, Programs, Venture Growth, and Government Affairs. Each is led by a partner who has done the work, not just sold it.
Today we work with ministries, multilaterals, foundations, corporates, and founders across Egypt, the GCC, and broader MENA. Some of what we do ends up as a 96-page sector outlook. Some of it ends up as a sandbox approval. Most of it ends up changing what the partner can do next quarter.
